HEXOstudios is a native macOS application that operates locally on your Mac. It does not collect your data and it does not track you.

What we collect

Nothing. HEXOstudios does not collect user data and does not track users. No HEXOstudios account or sign-in is required. A review of the shipping build found no network references in the app.

Your files

HEXOstudios operates locally on your Mac. Your 3D files and your library content remain on your Mac. File conversions performed by HexoForge run locally on your Mac.

Purchases and the free trial

Purchases and trial functionality use Apple's StoreKit. Apple handles the App Store transaction. Code Bros. LLC does not receive your Apple payment information or Apple Account credentials.

If you email support@hexostudios.com, your email address, your message, and any attachments are sent to support so it can respond to you.
