Short version: HEXOstudios is a local-only macOS application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on any server, ever.

What we collect

Nothing. HEXOstudios runs entirely on your Mac. Your 3D model files, folder structures, notes, tags, project queues, and preferences live on your device's local storage and never leave it.

• No analytics SDKs.
• No telemetry pings.
• No crash reports sent to us automatically.
• No user accounts. No sign-in. No cloud sync.
• No tracking pixels, cookies, or fingerprinting of any kind.

HexoForge conversions

All file format conversions performed by HexoForge run locally on your Mac using the conversion engine bundled with the app. Your files are never uploaded to a remote server.

In-app purchases

HEXOstudios Pro is sold through the Apple Mac App Store. When you make a purchase, Apple handles the transaction. Apple's privacy practices govern that transaction; we receive no personally identifying information from Apple beyond what is necessary to validate that your installation is licensed.

Email support

If you email support@hexostudios.com, we receive whatever you send us — your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments — so we can answer you. We do not use that information for anything other than responding to your support request, and we do not share it with anyone.

Some parts of the app or this website may link to external services (Apple's App Store, slicer downloads, community forums). Those services have their own privacy policies that govern your interaction with them.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and note the date below. The summary will not change: we do not collect your data.
